It's soso.
It works soso it dose collect dust but also let some through I have to clean it twice I guess my place is just to dusty but I still end up having to clean my fan on the inside and the item itself is easy too clean but I find annoying just a heads up if u r a clean freak it is just best to wipe fan down every other day from dust.

Dust traps
These work amazing and keep so much dust from flying around me room. Even when room is spotless! Helps a lot when you have a dog

Not as advertised
This item was supposed to be large enough to fit completely around my fan (I even measured twice!!), with a drawstring to close the back. Product is about 4" smaller than advertised & no drawstring to close the back. It barely fit around the fan it claims to be for. False advertising.
