I don't know why people mention taste.I mixed a capsule in with a glass of Milos tea, made sure it was dissolved before drinking and NO TASTE! It works well, 5 Star everything!

I have been using Miralax on a daily basis for years and it provides gentle relief. It absorbs into any liquid and has no taste.

I Use daily because I use Zepbound. Stomach pain gone. No constipation. Surprised to hear other say it has a bad taste- to me it has absolutely no flavor. I mix it with water and it tastes like water. The side effect of GLP's of frozen stomach scared me but it's not an issue with using Miralax
