Just What We Needed
This winch works great, we have it mounted in our enclosed trailer. It does everything we need it to do. The company has a terrific customer service department that responds very quickly to questions and problems. I would not hesitate to buy from them again, we appreciated such a quick response and on a weekend night as well.

Seems to pull good.
Looks good on my JD tractor bucket. I use it to pull logs out of the woods. The cordless remote is great. Saves time and effort running back and forth. Have to be careful with the synthetic cable though. Not as tough as steel cable when rubbing on rocks and logs etc.

It could definitely be a little faster but works great for the price, saved me once this weekend when I got stuck in the mud.

Good fit
Fit was good install was easy I wish the power cables the that go to winch motor were a little longer just so I could have put the solenoid where I wanted, works fine so far

It's a winch
but not nearly as strong as they say, I replaced it with a costlier model so I didn't need to use a snatch block all the time.. It's not horrible, but it's not something I'd want to depend on if I really got my SXS stuck

Instills confidence
I use this winch to install and remove a dock. Every fall the dock needs to be removed and the only room available is on top of a 10 foot wall inches from the edge of the lake. So I winch each section of the dock up a wooden ramp at 45 and drop the sections at the top. Same thing in reverse at springtime. I fixed the winch on a tall wooden platform to give me the right angle to pull (and to release) without the synthetic rope rubbing against the top of the wall.This winch easily and effortlessly raises and lowers the 300 lbs dock sections and the 600 lbs platform. The waterproof wireless remote allows me to receive the sections as I lower them in the lake and to put the floaters underneath in a controlled manner. The only criticism I would have is that the assembly hardware (nuts, locknuts and bolts) is not stainless steel. I will be ordering a 2nd remote just in case loose or damage this one.

Haven't used it much but been a solid winch
Got this little guy for my car hauler paired with a snatch block. Mounted it to a hitch receiver so I can pop it on and off and toss it in the storage box. Mounted the relays in the storage box too to keep them out of the weather. OnlyPulled a couple cars on with it so far but it did it without any issue even without the snatch block. Time will tell how long it lasts but it feels like a well built unit.
