Bob Anderson’s story coupled with his desire to build better leaders along their journey makes this a must read. There’s a wealth of little things one can do and institute immediately after reading. Hopefully this won’t be the last book penned by Mr. Anderson!

Such a good leadership book. This is fact based with real stories and significant learning events we all can relate with!

L.E.T.S. Lead conveyed to this reader that Leadership is about reflection and refining yourself as an individual. The stories in the book demonstrate how the contributions of those you wish to lead are just as important as the contributions of those who are in positions of leadership. Entertaining and thought provoking.

I think this book would be helpful for any member of a workplace with any level of leadership experience. I thought the author's approach of giving examples of leadership through storytelling was refreshing to read considering other leadership books sometimes tend to overcomplicate this subject. I work in healthcare and I found the points made by the author to be memorable enough that I could easily apply the concepts learned to future scenarios in the workplace.

I liked how the author used everyday experiences to convey leadership moments. Leadership opportunities surround us. We need to recognize them and use them to develop our own skill set. Well worth the read!

I loved this book could not put it down. This will lay a foundation to be successful leader no matter your current title.
