I love this! Saw a whale while in Hawaii

This is a beautiful necklace. The chain is the perfect size, and I like that it can be adjustable. It is very delicate looking and goes nicely with the tail. As for the tail, it is lightweight and has a beautiful curve to it, making it unique. The one reason I didn't give this five stars is that the back of the tail has two ridges where it loops around the chain. the back of this loop isn't solid, there is a gap in the middle, so feels somewhat cheep. The tail also is a little thinner than anticipated, which contributes to the lightweight feel, but I think it needs a bit more substance.Overall, however, I like this necklace. It arrived quickly and in a nice box that can be used for storage if needed.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars was because of false information on the size. The ad is written 1.5 (1 1/2 inches wide). This is not true. It only measures an inch wide. It's about 3/4 of an inch tall or a little less. It is still a big pendant, just not very big...or at least what I expected by the ad. Must have been a typo. Anyway it still is beautiful, very smooth and highly polished, excellent quality, very fine quality. I love the fact that Hawaiian jewelry is not just great quality but very light-weight, which is amazing. Usually sterling silver is heavy, but this jewelry is not. I love it's shape of a graceful whale tail. Very uniquely designed that's why I went for it. True to life look of it. I'm very pleased with it and still recommend it.

Well made & lovely. Only complaint is the necklace the pendant hangs on is too thin. A heavier chain would be better.

I love this! I wanted a whale tail after watching a playful pod on the Oregon coast! This necklace is perfect. The gentle curves of the tail, the detail and shine are gorgeous. The tail is solid silver and has a good weight to it.The chain is nice, and can be easily changed out when you want a longer look. The box that it comes in is very nice too! You will not be disappointed!

I have purchased from Honolulu several times, from Amazon and when in Honolulu, I've never been disappointed. I purchased two of the Whale Tail necklace, one for myself and one for a friend and we were both very pleased. Very nice quality. the chain is a really good length. I know I will get many years of enjoyment wearing this and it will bring back memories of when I saw my first Whale in person!!
