Q: How long does it go in the microwave for?

Hi Thanks for your question. We recommend placing in the microwave for about 75-85 seconds at the longest at a time. This is an approximation because each microwave has different wattage power. We highly recommend to keep a close eye on it while microwaving. You might need to do shorter and longer amount of time depending on microwave. We also suggest to touch test before applying to head.

Q: Can I use a clothes dryer to heat up the cap if i don't have a microwave?

No you should use the microwave,the dryer would get to hot

Q: First this work on fine hair?

Q: how long does your product last for? the reviews were pretty much the same about the product and scared to buy it.

I’ve had this product for a about a year or more and it’s been good for my hair. Of course there are other effective methods to deep conditioning hair but this has been the easiest and least messy for me. As opposed to using just a plastic cap or bag overhead. It hasn’t worn it’s use yet and was unaware that it ever did. My Mom had a product of the same nature but performed as a heating pack for muscle pain and it was good for YEARS.
