I’ve gone all out on Momentous supplements. One of the best in the industry.
Been taking it for 4 months now. I have it on a subscription with Momentous now. I didn’t have low Vitamin D3 but as you get older it seems to drop so I’m boosting mine back up a bit. This did it for me and Momentous is rated one of the top supplement companies. They have 2nd party testing to guarantee you get what they say you get and not stuff you don’t want.
