This is a great set if you want to add something new to your workout options. I bought a Pilates ring previously, which broke immediately upon use. I taped it together and it would work fine for a while, then the tape would weaken and fall apart again. I finally got sick of that and threw it away. This Pilates ring is fabulous and so much better, both in style and quality. It feels very sturdy. I love the style of the handles and prefer that over the contoured plastic ones that, truthfully, are not very comfortable to use. These are super comfortable and easy to use whether you are using it for legs or arms. The exercise bands are high quality, and even though you only get three (most sets come with 5), I think that would be all you need. The ball is also high quality. The set only comes with instructions on how to use the ring, so you have to get creative with the ball. I don’t use it much, but it does add some extra variety to my workouts when I do use it. With a set like this, you kind of feel like you are getting a little more for your money.

I wanted a pilates ring and got this set because it also included the ball and resistance bands. The ring has a nice amount of resistance and the extra foam makes it comfortable. The set comes with some suggested exercises. I only use the ring and the ball, the bands are too small so I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars

This is a great package for some light exercise. I use the ring and the ball to do leg exercises when I’m at home working.

I love this ring, I have used a couple more before and this one is definitely my favorite. My Pilates instructor recommended this ring to me and I am very happy with it. Here's why I love it so much: 1. The ring feel very solid and it works for different Pilates ring exercises. This ring has fiberglass which would last longer in intense workouts. 2. Yogalo has offered workout recommendation,so I sometimes try their workouts at home. 3. I travel frequently, so this ring is my traveling pal and it fits in my perfectly in my carry-on. Keeps me fit though out my work travels! 4. I feel that this ring has been not only helping me tone and sculpt but increased my flexibility as well! 5. AMAZING for CORE! 6. And lastly BEAUTIFUL PACKAGING! I don't really want to throw away the box because it looks so pretty. I will definitely buy another one as gift!! Your workouts will get so much better if you buy this ring! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
