Helps my cope with my autoimmune disorder
I drink one cup each evening and find I sleep better. I have also been able to use less nsaids since I began drinking this tea. Taste is not great but a little sugar makes it ok.

TERRIBLE purchase
I am an avid tea drinker; further have never - over many years - given a negative review. This GOTUKOLA herbal tea was extremely weak and in fact tasted like hot water. A big nothing - don't say you weren't warned.
