I purchased this gramiya sesame oil after my friend suggested me, I am impressed with the oil’s pure sesame flavor and food prepared with this oil becomes more tasty and with nice aroma. I use this for cooking occasionally but mostly use it for oil pulling. Alternate this with olive oil and coconut oil. Little pricey but since I use for oral hygiene I justify the cost. Try it.

I take Sesame seed oil orally, this sounded great, being cold pressed etc.As soon as it arrived, I opened it and took a swig,It was horrible, tasted rancid,unlike Sesame oils that I'm used to.I spit it right out ,after an hour I still have a bad taste in my mouth.
