I tried this on my grill and it did what they said it would do. burgers and vegetables did not stick to it but the mat needs cleaning after use just like the grill. What I didn't expect was the grease and juices stay on top of the mat so when I removed it to clean I ended up spilling grease drops and permanently stained my stamped concrete patio and rock wall next to the grill. If you use this mat I would let it cool after use and wipe it down with a paper towel before removing it to clean.

I have used several Kona products in the past and have been quite happy with them. I was originally excited to try the copper mats but after the first time was completely disappointed. Even though the temp in my grill never exceeded 300 degrees after i put the mat on it came out with "burned in" grill marks. I tried several time to clean this mat using de-greasing soap and a scrub brush, to no avail. I contacted the company with my concerns and have not heard back from them. I definitely do not recommend this item.

Generalmente no creo mucho en productos "Maravilla" de anuncios de la tele pero este realmente funciona. Inclusive como tengo un Super Weber nuevo pensé en comprármelo para ver que juguetes nuevos le podría comprar para mi Weber. Pense que aunque funcionara no lo iba a usar mucho porque queria usar mi weber con los grills. Después de probar los tapetes kona ahora no uso mi weber sin ellas. Son maravillosos y lejos de quitarle uso a mi grill lo que mas hacer es todo mas fácil y rápido. Las recomiendo al 100!! apenas las he usado como 10 veces y la lavo y guardo encima de mi grill listas para la próxima aventura. SUPER PRODUCTO

I liked the 1st one so much this is a back up. I'd estimate it'll last 100 or more cookings

Since I'm not a meat eater and only eat fish - this product has been fantastic. The skin on the fish stays on and actually becomes crispy. I cooked shrimp last night and they became crispy - did not stick and my barbie was clean.

It provides a way to get grill marks on food that may be too small like chicken tenderloins, or may be fragile like fish. Keeps everything very moist and juicy in the process. It certainly fits a need as an option for non-stick outdoor cooking!

Great for BBQ, especially anything flaky like fish, food doesn’t fall through the grates, cleanup easy!

Just like the title, you are probably using your mat incorrectly.I was using mine on coals. And it was perfect. These cannot be used on an open flame, you will burn them to a crisp if you do. Who BBQ's with an open flame anyway?

I used both to cover my grill and waited till the flames had gone before putting them in place, cooked the food ok , but didn’t clean at all well and burnt underneath, put them in my dishwasher but still didn’t clean well , I also bought some black ones from another supplier and they were much better to clean

As a Barbeque Mat, check often to mop up excess fat, Barbeque was clean as a whistle, with next to no after cleaning required.Also, I used this mat to roll out my shortcrust pastry on. Unbelievably for me, it didn't stick, (I'm a rubbish baker) so for me it had a second use. Please try this everyone.Washes real easy too. Not disappointed at all. Thumbs up all round.

Did some research and these were highly recommend by several sites.Used once and holes started appearing. Sent back for a refund.
