They don't feel laminated to me. I don't want to put them on And have them crinkle up or tear my pages. How durable are they ?

They aren't laminated and are very soft. I wouldn't buy again.

I had to take a few off to redo them and they peeled perfectly off my thin pages. Just go slowly and be gentle! Also they restick without any issue.

do these fit on a bible NIV that has the 1/2 moon shape tabs?

Yes I think they will but you will have to place the tabs on the page offsetting the half moon tab so you may not be able to use the tab guide that comes with the tabs.
