Very bad and recieved used phone.Its activated on 2022 . ordered 2025 . Now its not working. Complaint not yet resolved . Requested for return almost one month.No one collected yet

Battery
Product very bad, the battery cannot last for 1 hour , we charge the phone 100 % battery if we open one app or camera or make a call battery will be 5 % , after that we found the phone size become big and it opened due to the battery, we hade to pay more money to the shope to fix it they changed the battery. We couldn't return the phone because we travelled the second day when we received the phone and it was a birthday gift for my daughter so we kept it closed for few days then we discovered the horrible phone

Although I have bought a couple of Samsung phones for others in my family, this is my first. I was only looking for a decent-sized international version Android phone with dual SIM card capability, a good camera, and the ability to make and receive clear phone calls. But I was already impressed during the first ten minutes of setup where I had the option to not install about twenty apps which people call bloatware. So, zero bloatware on my phone! The camera and video settings on this phone are comparable to my DSLR cameras. Included is an S Pen if you feel like writing or drawing. The battery life is very good depending on how you use your phone. If you love photography, then I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G.

The phone arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It is brand new and is fully unlocked. Everything works perfectly. Just keep in mind that the only accessory included is the charging cable. Very happy with this purchase!
