These are great for starting any types of seeds. I’ve started lots of chili plants with them and just use plain water. I have not put them in the small holes. I just poured the seeds over the top and they grew excessively. They grow better in the sunlight. I just planted the whole thing into the ground and never broke them up.

These rockwool cubes are great for starting seeds and cuttings. The material feels high quality, soft yet firm enough to hold its shape, and the water absorption and air circulation are excellent for healthy root growth. I like that they are easy to cut and transplant without falling apart. The only minor downside is that adjusting the pH takes a bit of effort. Overall, a reliable and effective product for hydroponic gardening.

I love using this product in my aquaponics setup. These make starting seeds so easy! I’ve purchased two sets already. I love that you can sometimes reuse them, especially in larger pots as a starter material over coco beads. I like the cleanliness of them- not like soils that can clog up a system.
