I use four of these with a Mikrotik CRS309-1G-8S+IN. They do get warm to the touch, and so I follow the advice of placing them in alternating ports of this 8 port switch.It's an expensive addition to an SFP+ switch, but the result is a mixed SFP+ and 10GbE switch that is fanless and completely silent. That is not true of 10GbE switches in general.

I used this with the Unifi UDM Pro Wan and Unifi 48 port poe switch and both worked at 1g and 10g. On the switch I also connected at 2.5g, although it didn’t show that on the controller. Only downside is it runs hot, but I believe all similar units do.

Worked with my UniFi 150w switch as an extra port so it now a 9 port switch 1000 mb

Plugged and worked straight away no hassle. Not much more one can say.

Excellent product worked well and as described. No issues at all and no hesitation to recommend.

It seems to be working well in my mikrotik CRS-226, I have been using it with a 5gbit usb adapter and it correctly detects the proper link speed.Like all of these types of adapters it does get warm to the touch while in use but not too hot.
