Use them on a laptop, not a phone. Work well

These worked great in our church. The range isn't fantastic, doesn't transmit well through the pulpit and a pew, have to keep the receiver in open air while the transmitter is behind the pulpit. The sound quality was amazing even at higher volumes. Reliability was great, battery life fantastic. My one issue was that this doesn't work on the Mevo Cam, had to plug it into a tablet and use the tablet as the sound source for our stream.

Really bad quality of the sound

The media could not be loaded.  ►I work as a videographer and I have cameras, microphones and a lot of equipment but why did I need this?My client has requested to go live on social media while filming her videos so me the tech guy started to do this on my phone, I have an android and I was looking for an external mic to help me get better sound.Found this one and let me share some things about it.►I got the 1 transmitter version so you get a sender and obviously receiver.The connectivity is type c android style.Now, to use Iphone you need an adapter, easy to find.I am very luck because my laptop has the same type of port so I can easily use it.►The receiver is relatively small. Once plugged I strongly recommend to set your phone on silent as this one covers the speakers(most of the phone have the speakers on the bottom side).There are 15 channels to choose from so you can easily remove any intereference. I set it on 3rd channel because my other mic is on channel 1 to avoid any kind of problems.Battery? I charge this while editing video so I cannot tell you how long it take to charge or how long it stays on because I didnt pay attention to this.►On the main unit there is a battery indicator so you can check the level.It is written in the manual that it works up to 30m distance, I never used it more than 5 m. For me worked fine.Sound and decent, also it depends on the location, if it is very windy or rainy or noisy the sound obviously will not be that good.►I use this one strictly for recording on my phone.Overall experience?Good mic, it delivers what is made for.If this helped you in any way, please click on the helpful button below. The media could not be loaded.  Guys this is brilliant !I've been using it with my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra for the past month now and I have had no issues at all ! The set up is very simple. Plug the USB Receiver into the bottom of the phone - You may have to take off your phones case as the USB C may not be able to reach past it to fit securely into your phones USB C socket.Next, you literally turn on the transmitter unit, attach to yourself or your talent and attach the LAvalier mic. It's that simple. I like how the receiver and the transmitter automatically connect without any issues.This in itself is brilliant as usually with most wireless mic solutions, I will have to find a TRS to TRRS cable for the microphone and then have to find an additional USB C to Micro USB adapter cable to work with that in order to connect it to the phone.I feel the windmuff on the lavalier mic could be better - However it has a built in electronic LCF to filter out wind noise. The connection seems to work well within the 20-30m range too ! which is brilliant for car videos and that stuff.The strangest thing is that although the receiver is USB C... the Transmitter Unit is Micro USB !! LOL Where is the consistency ??? Oh well, at least they put a micro USB in the box for us to charge it.Can't fault the sound quality too !! brilliant for filtering out background noise and picking up the wearers voice. It works like magic sometimes. Also, I've not seen anything like this around the same pricepoint so this is brilliant.

I bought this microphone to record videos as up until now I have been working with a handheld mic and it was getting in the way. Judging from the price and the high rating I was expecting clear and good audio, similar to the handheld I was using. Sadly, when it arrived, I found the audio to have a complete lack of bass, just higher end frequencies, and background noise was very apparent. I will commend it for it's easy use and setup, though. Buy this product for every day activities, such as conference calls and other simple tasks, NOT if you want to record high quality videos.

I bought these hoping that they would provide a decent sound quality for the price. This was the case for a while however all of a sudden I started experiencing an annoying crackling in my videos rendering them useless!

Very easy to use and very flexible in how you use it.
