Best Nutrition Book I've ever read!
After nearly 12 years working in the Fitness industry, I can honestly say this is the best nutrition book I've ever read. Extremely well written, logically structured & referenced throughout, if you're after an all round book to learn the latest on Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Performance or general health then definitely get a copy!

Excellent book with clear guidance for non-professionals
I am not a professional in this field but have tried my weight loss techniques over the years. I heard Alan on a podcast explain briefly about his extensive research and this book and then bought it.I have found this so clear and so reaffirming, as I have always been frustrated by weight loss programmes which never took into account my own personal preferences.This book explains clearly how to design your own simple plan ,that you can stick to for life.

As well as being well researched this book is really well written. If you are hesitating to buy it, DON’T!

Informative book for anyone serious about nutrition
As a PT I absolutely love this book and would recommend to others looking to further their knowledge.When I first started to read it I struggled with some of the terminology but soon adapted and things became clearer.It's informative, science backed and cuts through all the misinformation out there surrounding nutrition.Great book for anyone wanting to learn more - highly recommend!

Scientific,easy to read
A Book with scientific evidence that gives you all the tools according to your body goals.The author :1)breaks many myths around nutrition e.g "Don't eat carbs in the evening", "IF superiority " etc.2) describes in detail how to gain weight/maintain/lose weight and on how to break plateaus.3)describes the macronutrient approach that can be followed by athletes and general population, in terms of needs and personal preferences4) describes the most common supplements and their ergogenic aids (if any)5) compares the differences between the 2 genders.I disagree with the fact that he describes obesity only as a result of 1) obesogenic environment 2) caloric surplus 3) food choices 4) genetic predisposition.According to literature the gut plays a huge role on how certain foods are absorbed and used by the body, and some people can become obese because of that too.In terms of the 10-20% "fun foods", I agree, but I still believe that processed/sugary/fried foods are the devil and can affect the function of the body badly, even if someone is lean.In general, lots of respect for Alan Aragon. The knowledge he shares is massive help for both fitness professionals& enthusiasts.

The bible on nutrition
Excellent, loving this book - reading with a highlighter. Seems to cover every topic I wanted to know more about (from TRF, to Keto, etc.)

it is a shame that the cover of the book is too short to cover the book.
