All Parts Are Welcome: A Dissociative Living Journal

Informative/ Outlined
I have enjoyed this so far. I like that it’s informative it helps a lot to have that.. it explains more about DID and DID terms. You can write system rules and notes a place for each part of the system to have a place to fill out. Medication place and notes also a place for the system to leave notes. This process is still challenging for me but I like that I have a book like this to use. I’ve known I had DID for years but it’s taken me years to accept it and start therapy.. still sometimes a struggle for our system because most of us are not ready.. and in saying that I LOVE that it takes the pressure out of having to have this book filled out. Because only some parts make themselves known as you know if you have DID some parts are completely unaware of other parts. It is nice to see some parts participating but taking the pressure off to have to fill everything out was a nice touch I love how compassionate the Dr. who made this is. It helps.. a lot.

I was recommended this book by the GianusSystem on Tiktok
This has a lot of amazing things within it that help disassociated parts feel heard. There are plenty of places for part profiles, system maps, free writing, and a place to keep triggers and to manage medications for the body. I wish it asked more personal questions directly about the alters, but it can’t be perfect in print, and there is plenty of places to ask those questions yourself.I think this would be a fantastic addition to any systems life.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend for you if you’ve been diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder. Or for use with DID clients.
