How do you review an item like this? If you need a retaining clip for a GU10 lamp, these are them! You could maybe use them as emergency earrings also (if such a requirement exists) or... um... no, they are just retaining clips for GU10 lamps

Didn't fit my light sockets. My fault I bought the ones for movable spots rather than ceiling fittings, but it was difficult to see that they didn't have the necessary side protrusions in the images accompanying the items on the Amazon site.

These were exactly what I needed, just be sure to make sure you get the right size for what you need e.g GU10, they were used to replace other springs that kept falling out I think that have never been changed for years lol. I would recommend, good quality, easy to fit, no complaints.

This is what you are looking for, spotlights will be held up. They don't have the little wings on them but they work the same, the tension keeps the lights up for a decent time.

These were bought to replace the ones I had in the bathroom which had become a bit rusty over time. The lights seem much brighter now, so I am very pleased with them. They were very reasonably priced and only took a few days to arrive after I placed the order.

Cant say anything bad about them, great replacement parts, easily manipulated unlike some so you don't have to fiddle too much to get them into place, and when there they seem to hold well. Great value for the price.

The sort of thing that you never know where to get them when you loose one, so always useful to have some in stock
