Chef knife
Am calling it a chef knife because it is really sharp and you need to no that you are doing with this knife 🔪 I have used it lot times now and I am impressed so far so good first time I used it cut through bread I didn't even have to apply pressure to it as the good all saying is like a knife through butter dose the job.

It's still on the heavy side
Bit on the heavy side, great for meat but not for hard vegetables like swede etc, so not an all rounder

It is an ok knife, how long it will stay sharp only time and use will tell.

Great value for money
It’s quite difficult to review this properly as it has been purchased as a Christmas gift however it feels really great with a wonderful balanced weight. It appears very sharp and robust and I think for the price, exceptional value for money
