My go to BA powder. Great stuff

Clearly works. But I had to stop taking because I found the tingling/itching/paresthesia unbearable.

Comes in a high quality storage bag. It's odourless, tasteless and mixes effortlessly. The only noticeable reaction is the slight tingly sensation across the face, only lasts a couple of minutes but that is to be expected. Mixed this in my pre and post workout shakes for maximum benefit. Beta-alanine helps to delay muscle fatigue and aids muscle recovery. Helping me to get the maximum out of my gym workouts /recovery. In turn leading to more strength, creating bigger muscles over time (with a healthy balanced diet of course). Definitely recommend

I did get a tingly feeling from this which is a good sign that it does actually contain beta alanine. It is unflavoured and mixes easily. There is some evidence that bets-alanine does help during workouts but I personally don't notice that much of a difference. There were no bad side effects and if anything this does seem slightly stronger than the usual.

If you're trying to build muscles and find yourself tired during an intense workout, try adding this powder to your routine (to be taken daily). You'll see results in no time (1-2 weeks in) and you will be able to push yourself further during strength/mass training, which will make you grow stronger and bigger muscles. For better results (if it won't cause you any flatulation) it's best to mix it with creatine

This pre-workout powder arrived with no clumps in a high quality bag that should easily last the length of the product use. The powder as described does not have any flavouring so is perfect for combining with whatever you wish, and it mixes well with water or milk. Highly recommended!

I have used a number of Healthspan supplements recently and been very happy and this is no exception. It is clearly marked suitable for vegetarians and vegans. You get a handy scoop included to easily measure a serving. You get 100 servings in this pack so pretty good value for money. I like the fact it is unflavoured and I just add a scoop to my pre workout shake before training and it's easy to consume that way. It mixes well with no issues. At £20 it's pretty good value for money.
