easy to use

Really does what it says on the bottle. I've got 4 dogs, all different breeds. I've used it on all of them and it's worked. The best I've bought so far x

The item arrived sealed but with just a regular flat cup. In the pictures, there is an applicator, which I was expecting. I had to use a pipette. The product itself seems to have a good effect as even after a single application the dog seemed to scratch its ears less. He wasn't bothered by it being applied and massaged in either.
