Great arm and shoulder support. Especially, after workouts. Helps with injury-prevention.

Much more comfortable that other posture supports I’ve tried. But you have to order a size up. This sizing chart is useless. Measure your chest..I’m 6’2 250 and my is somewhere between 50-55” (roughly measured with a tape measure.. but I wear an XL in everything but the xxl band fits me great. I like that it doesn’t hold your posture for you as much and help your train your muscles to support themselves.. which is what you want, your supporting muscles to get stronger, not going to happen if a support is holding it for you. However you will realize when you are slouching and it will assist if correcting you. Worth the extra money to get this one. Not sure what the handle on the back is for, the support isn’t hard to take off.. I cut it off after realizing that I’m not an Aldi bag and wearing this thing at work would get me messed with being I'm in a predominantly male field. But the shoulder straps are great for repositioning the support itself.. -Phil

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift. When I took it out of the package - which was a zip lock bag by the way it stunk of body odor & vinegar. Someone wore it, tried to clean it & pawn it off as new. It stinks so bad as I type this I want to vomit.
