This is a great product and it cleared up my son's diaper rash in one day! It's so effecient we still have more than half a tube. A couple of points for people that have never used it before. Read the instructions! You only need the slightest amount and should still be able to see the rash through the ointment. After applying, we put some A&D on top of that and it worked great in a day. Our nanny, on the other hand, couldn't find the A&D one day and put this on him nice and thick like you would any other ointment and he promptly had a rash from over exposure. You only need a little amount until the rash is cleared up. It also shipped lickety-split to my son's appreciation.

This product really works. My baby had a terrible diaper rash, all products I used did not work. I wasted a lot of money before ordering this cream. I use it for every diaper change (these are frequent!!!) and it lasts over a month. You only need to use a "pea" size amount. To prevent diaper rash I use this with stoma adhesive powder and it really works!!!. My baby had really really bad diaper rash (you will know what I am talking about when you experience it) and this product was the only one that made a difference.

After my 7 month old son came down with a terrible case of diaper rash following his diarrhea, a colleague of mine suggested this product from the UK. Having been disappointed with all other creams I decided to give this a try. Within 1 day there was a remarkable difference and the rash was completely gone by the third day. The package itself arrived within a week of ordering and before the estimated date. One word of caution though, it did leave dark spots on my baby's butt. But I do not care. I am thankful that he is no longer suffering the pain.

We refuse to buy any other diaper rash cream. It works magic with one application and you don't need a whole lot, making the tube last a long time. Well worth the cost and waiting for delivery in the U.S.

I was so happy to find this on amazon. My daughter started with a rash on the second day of her life. I quickly realized it was the expensive mustella, the on for sensitive skin! We tried a variety of creams and none worked. A friend brought me a tube from this and it cleared almost instantly. I use A and D for every day changes as I couldn't seem to find more anywhere. Any time she got a rash we'd use the metanium and it would clear quickly. Brilliant stuff, ordered 3 tubes for second baby.

Our baby developed diaper rash quite easily when she was younger. The standard zinc based diaper rash creams available in Canada did not seem to do the trick. After some research, I had heard the Metanium had been effective for some people despite the zinc based creams not working. Unfortunately, as I learned, this product isn't sold in stores in Canada. Luckily, I found it here on Amazon and can now state that it works well for my baby, too. If the diaper rash creams available in Canada aren't working for you, try out this stuff. It contains Titanium Dioxide, Titanium Peroxide, and Titanium Salicylate, whereas the Canadian creams contain Zinc. All the ingredients work under the same premise, but the minor change might be all you need.

This is the best nappy rash treatment I have ever used. My little one has used this and it was fantastic. It’s a great shame this has been discontinued as it was the best product I’ve used and it cleared my little one’s sores very quickly, cleared the rash a for treatment was absolutely perfect. I do hope the suppliers are able to get this back because it’s by far the best and most trustworthy product and I am unsure now of what brand to go with as I had such a positive experience with Metanium Nappy Treatment and I don’t feel other brands will be as good. The “Yellow one” was our favourite, always kept my little on well treated when required.

Very good in treating and preventing nappy rash

My newborn developed a diaper rash within the first week of birth, despite frequent diaper changing & use of barrier cream right from the start. We tried several different brands of diapers & wipes, including all the 'natural' types. We stopped using disposable wipes altogether a few weeks ago & only used organic cotton reusable washable ones, which helped a little bit. We've used vaseline, creamy vaseline, Penatin & Desitin all with no improvement. This ointment was recommended by friends overseas & I was delighted to find in on Amazon. It took under 2 weeks to ship from the UK & the rash has quickly improved upon starting it. It is finally almost gone! Very happy & impressed!
