Camera Quality Very Bad

Your executive told me to call ,but still did not get call back. I want to manage the disk partitions.Presently 1drive showing with total capacity

The Laptop performance is horrible and I received a damaged product. It took 45 mins to boot for the first time and when I checked after unboxing the rubber bar below the laptop base was damaged. Please don't buy this product and save your money. When I asked the customer care executive she told me that they offer only replacement but no refund. Now i am unable to get a refund for my good for nothing brand new laptop. Please don't waste your time and money

The processor of the laptop is disaster

Never expected a reputed company like Dell to come in the market with a product of such sub-standard quality.Almost every other laptop of this model has this body and hinge issues. Even the server centre engineer suggested not to buy this model.

I was purchased this laptop and there is long story behind the purchase process. Due to some issue with amazon I get this laptop as gift from Amazon. But as per my recommendation please don't go for this type product.

Took more than 3 hour to diagnostic but still not completed
