The Best Gluten-Free Spaghetti Alternative!
In our family, taste preferences vary greatly, and finding a universal option for everyone isn’t always easy. For example, my son loves spaghetti, while I can't stand gluten. So, what should we do? The solution came with Ancient Harvest Quinoa Spaghetti. Admit it, the idea is very appealing: we get to enjoy traditional spaghetti, but without wheat, which means no gluten. Somehow, the manufacturer managed to create these noodles using a combination of corn, brown rice, and quinoa. It’s both nutritious and easy on the digestion. The taste is almost like homemade spaghetti. The texture closely resembles traditional pasta as well—soft yet firm and doesn’t fall apart. However, I’d recommend cooking it slightly longer than regular spaghetti, about 15 minutes, to reach that perfect al dente state. The first time I made them, I served them with a vegetable sauce for my family, including my picky eater child. Everyone was happy, especially my child, who didn’t even notice the difference from regular spaghetti. The only downside I’d like to point out is the price. These spaghetti aren’t cheap. Amazon doesn’t allow mentioning specific prices in reviews, but I’d suggest checking the current price, looking at the 8-ounce package size, and deciding whether it’s worth it for you. In short, this is an excellent replacement for traditional pasta, though it comes at a steep price.

Best tasting gluten free pasta
This pasta is probably the best out of all of the gluten free options. It's consistency and taste is similar to regular semolina wheat pasta and doesn't have too much of a rice pasta flavor, like many other gluten free quinoa pastas have. Only downside is the price.

Good Product
I am gluten free. I like the combination of corn, rice (brown) and quinoa. Also, you cannot tell the difference between this and wheat pasta.

Wheat free, nontoxic and organic!
Great price great taste and non toxic ingredients! I love that it’s wheat free too! But pro tip cook it for 15 min not the time the box says!!! Otherwise they come out under cooked! Also it boils down to barely enough for one person so use two boxes if cooking for two people! Good price though! My only issue is Amazon delivers the boxes crushed and opened sometimes!

My child loves these
I just got these today, and I made them for my daughter and she loves them, they taste just like regular noodles! The texture is like normal noodles!

Pretty good for gluten free.
Be mindful that it breaks off. It will be fine as long as you don’t mind it breaking off. It’s because it’s gluten free so it is what it is.

Nice to Get Away from Wheat Noodles
Very nice taste. Instructions are to boil 9 minutes. Even boiling for 12 minutes, these noodles were 1/3 hard needing another 5 minutes or more.
