You get well-thought-out, biblically-reasoned, superbly presented teaching, all packaged in a way that engages the reader/listener. I love this lady and her sold-out-ness for the Kingdom of God. I honour her willingness to not shrink back from the hard stuff, even though it costs her.In a day when so many ministries are building empires rather than equipping the saints Emma is doing the opposite.Superb book from a superb lady.

Emma Stark is passionate about the prophetic and is a great teacher. I'm a pastor and I'm learning loads from her. I recommend her teaching if you're interested in the subject. If you're a proven prophet or just want to understand the prophetic, this book has unpicked a few things for me and I haven't even finished it yet. I am understanding prophets better already, although not yet an expert. If you're a prophet, then read this book, it may help keep you on track, or confirm what you already sensed to know you're not alone. Thanks Emma.

it is a good book, really not the same as other books that also deal with the office of a prophet. much more insight into what the prophet should do. it is more substantive than other books dealing with the prophet in prophetic ministry.certain chapters in this book that you will not find in other books dealing with the same subject of the prophet in his office.

Christianity has become less relevant and lost its place as the foundational basis of Western culture. This book will fire up your hope and belief that God has a plan and a powerful voice through his prophets, and the time is now for the second wave. I particularly appreciated the care the author has shown in defining the role of the prophet, how to stay in integrity and the traps to avoid. Prophets have to be pure representatives of God's voice and emotions to accurately declare God's will, either his love or his wrath. It becomes apparent where our society and churches have fallen down, building their own tower of Babel. Prophets need courage, support, encouragement, mentoring and knowledge. This book provides the comprehensive knowledge to get them started.
