I bought this adapter for traveling in Europe and so far I love it. I am able to easily charge 3 appliances at once, my iPhone, my battery back up and My iPad, all at the same time. Great purchase

This is the best little plug for traveling. You can take it everywhere. In the US or out.

Although compact, right out of packaging the USB ports didn’t work. The European plug also had a hard time staying in locked position, so it had to be placed strategically with no heavy plugs extending from it. Not what I wanted for traveling abroad, I wanted complete, dependable functionality, otherwise I would’ve just bought a plug head adapter. Maybe I got a dud, but I wouldn’t recommend.

I got this because we're going on a cruise soon & there aren't always a lot of plugs in a stateroom. Or, there are a couple of American plugs and then a European or UK plug. (Not a complaint - I think they should have plugs for passengers from other countries, but there still aren't usually enough.) I got this to plug into the non-American outlet because I have a *lot* of stuff to plug in.It's hard to be me.Anyway, I haven't been on the cruise yet, but I can confirm that this works great on US plugs. It also can handle charging one of my powerbanks that requires a more-than-22 watt plug. I have no idea what the watts are for this, but I know that my cheap plug won't charge the powerbank, and this one will.The only thing I don't like is that this feels cheap and plasticky. The outside is plastic, and the whole unit is light, and it works just fine. It just feels cheap. Not an issue since it works, and since I like things that I pack for travel to be light. I also don't expect it to hold up if I throw it against a wall or drive over it, so my complaint isn't really a complaint, just an observation.

This Universal Travel Adapter has a lot of options and has worked well for direct USB connections, however it gets a little awkward and falls out of the socket when I plug a full plug into it's socket. Because of the cube shape, it is also impossible to use the second wall socket with this adapter plugged into the wall.This was the first time I tried a cube shape. I would recommend a bar for all of the reasons above. But, if you are using the USB portion, it is a great option for multiple countries.

This power adapter did what I needed it to. It works in the US and France. Easy to use and convenient to carry.
