Love the size and shape looks very natural, but they won't stay in place unless you use medical tape I started using them outside my girdle and they still move every where I had to use tape to make them stay in place

Great fit and quality. Works well to give you the extra hips and butt shaping. Easy to use. Comfortable. Durable. Can be layered if you want a more dramatic look. Just slide in between your hose and hips & adjust as needed, it stays in place that way. Or get a medical adhesive spray glue to help hold it in place.

Ok.. these are very long, but fit my undergarment perfectly. It accentuares your hip and calves more than half way to the knee. It really makes the shape realistic. I wear with leggins or tights if wearins a skirt.

I wanted to love these. I have NO hips to speak of. These looked great until I started walking. Then they slowly inched their way down to my knees! I'm still keeping them, but will go to my seamstress to get advice. Pins or something sticky to keep in place?

It was suggested to me that I would have a more proportionate appearance by wearing the hip pads to balance out my larger breasts. That lady spoke the truth. My legs are slim all the way up. Wearing the pads changed my figure a lot. The thickness is good but keeping them in place without wearing pocketed shape wear could be a challenge. I like the product and with the right dress or yoga pants you will look very nice and the enhanced hips and bottom will look natural…Me-ow

they move around a lot and offer very limited padding, beware
