06/24/2019 - This item was ordered on 06/17 to fulfill a need for specific electrical appliances. Having a desk lamp with extras as well as a battery charger/maintainence, both with USB charging cords only, I wanted something I could extend from the wall outlet and accomodate the appliances. The item arrived today in good shape and intact within a hard plastic box. Accessing the unit, I was pleasantly surprised that the cord was heavy duty, (guessing 16ga.), and at the length of 3 feet as advertised. This is a cube with 4 three prong outlets and two USB outlets. Additional items include a wire sleeve with a lip that can be used to stabilize the wire. There is also a "foot" that can be attached to the cube allowing the cube to be placed at various angles. The down side to this is that the foot covers one of the outlets. There are instructions but common sense and trial placements are strongly recommend before using the foot. Very happy with this!

Great invention! We just used this on a trip, and it made recharging phones, tablets, etc., very easy. Finding even one empty, accessible A/C plug in a hotel room is often a challengs but this gizmo solved our probem. It has 5ft Extension Cord Power Strip with 4 outlets and two USB Ports. We had plenty of plugs for everything. The benefit of the extension cord (rather than the one that plugs directly into A/C outlet) is that you only have to crawl on your knees once to plug in the PowerCube. After that, place it on a desk or night stand, and everything is at your fingertips. We got the one with the surge protector (it is gray), but PowerCube comes in several styles, each color-coded, so read carefully to be sure you get the one with the features you want.

I liked the construction, the cable is thick and capable to give enough power for your households. However, I bought this model for the USB ports so i can charge my devices in the kitchen. The USB's don't work. Period. This is really frustrating. Other than that, the cube works great. But, this is just me, everybody else is fine with USB's, so That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3

Awesome power bar. I sometimes need a power bar when either taking a programming course or out at Starbucks etc. and limited power plugs! This module not only has 4 grounded plugs (not plug that goes into wall is a three prong). Two USB plugs which easily and quickly power both iPhone 8 and iPad 2 (latest versions). Very durable construction - made for portable use but also has the add on click that can be mounted to the desk (two-way sticky tape) which allow the plug to be stationary on the corner top of your desk. Power cord is 5 feet. Not that long but you can easily get an extension on Amazon. Perfect solution so much so that I actually bought three and use them all the time!

I bought several of these years ago (more than 5) and they are all still in great working condition. I love them. The cube shape makes it so you never have to worry about two plugs getting in the way of one another. I also love the mounting option. It works really well.

Without the extension, this cube could be a bit bulky for a direct wall plug. You know that hole in desks that have wires running through to allow them to go to their power source without making your desk look too messy? Well, I have the plug of this cube going through that hole so that the cube sits on top of my desk for easy access to a plug for the scanner, monitor, or what ever else I may need power for and the USB outlets have been totally convenient.. Because it's square it looks fine but be warned, the outlets are TIGHT! It usually takes me two hands to plug anything into it but it's not coming out on its own. I haven't yet decided if its better than a power strip, mostly because of its size. It's the biggest chunk of plastic under my desk and I'm not sure that's it a better solution. I'm leaning towards "Meh"

I got so tired of digging around under my desk or stretching cords to reach the nearest outlet. I searched and found several different power strips but most the usual old, long bulky design. I wanted one close at hand on my desk to charge multiple devices via power or USB and have an outlet or two for testing other electric devices. This cube rocks! Takes up very little room, recharges multiple devices at one time easily and looks great. Everything about it is great except perhaps the cord, which could use another foot in length, and is quite still, making it a little difficult to get into position. Other than that I would buy it again and plan to buy a couple more to replace others in my house.

I have a power strip under my desk, but it filled up quickly with printer, shredder, lamp, router, modem, etc. This power cube sits on my desk. The USB plugs are so useful; no need to find the charger, just plug in the charging cable and go. I use the other plugs for my work and home laptops. It makes it so easy to keep all of my accessories charged. I always have space available in the cube and never have to climb under my desk!
