Best customer service out there!
First off, the desk is amazing. Super sturdy and just so sleek. I really wanted something that was big enough that didn’t feel crowded when I have a big monitor and two laptops on it, but I also didn’t want a massive desk that took up most of the space. This desk is the perfect size plus all the storage is a massive bonus. Moving on to the assembly, it’s pretty easy and I was able to do it by myself with no issues. I need to warn you, follow the instructions to a T. I ended up messing up one of the parts because I attached the wrong thing to it. That leads me to the customer service; I reached out to them to see if I could get a replacement part for the one I damaged (it didn’t come damaged, I ended up damaging it during assembly) and they were so helpful and kind. I am now awaiting on my replacement part extremely satisfied with this product and customer service! This desk is worth every penny!

Sturdy and Pretty!
Absolutely love this desk for my teenage daughter’s bedroom! It is super sturdy and very spacious on top. The shelves are nice and deep and can hold so many things - books, bins, etc. I like how they are under the desk too, so if there is clutter (because teenager) it’s out of immediate eye sight. The drawers slide nice and smooth too (which is a pet peeve of mine when they don’t). I think this desk will last years! Assembly directions were so easy to navigate. Only took about two hours to build by myself! No power tools needed. I love that it gives you options on which way you’d like the desk to be built/positioned too!

Good desk and good size for small office
I got this desk back in April and it has been a good purchase. It fit well into a small office and it is a good size and height. I like the gray color and the material feels durable (no issues so far). It did take about 2.5 hours to assemble and the instructions were decent. Be patient and follow the numbers labeled on each part of the desk and you will see it finished!

Finished desk is great but assembly was painful
Overview: I really like the finished product: looks good and is sturdy. But the assembly instructions were terrible. Perhaps if you're a person in your 20s, have 20/20 vision, and are experienced at assembling furniture it wouldn't be a problem for you. But I don't fit any of those descriptions. If you're interested in the details of the difficulty of assembly, see below: The worst thing about the assembly was trying to read the instructions (the reason for 4* instead of 5*). The print is small and the diagrams are confusing, as you have to choose between Option A and Option B, depending which side you want the drawer section on. And some of the differences were subtle so it was hard to tell how to position the pieces. Labels like top, bottom, left or right would have helped. It took me the better part of 3 days to complete the assembly. Day #1: 2 hours spent trying to figure out how to position the slides correctly for the drawers. Laid out everything on the floor, moved the pieces around in various configurations and tried to visualize the result. Finally had to get assistance from another family member and hope we picked the right arrangement because if it didn't come together at the end I'd have to take the whole thing apart and start over. Day #2: 5 hours assembling the cabinet with the drawers. Made one mistake and had to undo the drawer section and turn it around so the holes for the side with the shelf were aligned correctly. Day #3: 2 hours to assemble the legs and the desk top. Final result: Desk looked great. Message for the manufacturer: * Paper's not that expensive - double the size of your assembly diagrams so if a person has some vision challenges they're not completely out of luck, and don't use light gray lines - they're really hard to see. I had to use a magnifying glass with a light to see the some of the layouts. * what you did right: The steps were in a clear order and each one had pics of the hardware needed to assemble the pieces. Very important: all the holes lined up correctly with the hardware, which was great! In the case where I had to turn a section around, the hardware was designed so that it was easy to take apart, reposition, and reassemble. Conclusion: Not sure I'd try this again, but the finished product is nice and I suppose there is some satisfaction in having done it myself.

good quality
The material feels very solid and of good quality, which gives me confidence to place my [heavy object, e.g., large monitor] on it. Furthermore, assembly was surprisingly easy; it only took me about an hour to follow the clear instructions.

So Pretty!
I was worried about buying this because of the reviews where people got the desk damaged. But that's unfortunately a problem with shipping. It's not a problem with the desk itself. My desk was delivered without any major damages and it was packaged pretty well despite everything being crammed into one box. I'm so glad I got the Walnut and White one instead of the all white one. It just looks so expensive despite being under $200. The only very minor damage was the metal legs being a bit chipped at the ends where everything connects. But honestly the finished product still looks so good I don't care about something that little. It is a bummer but I'd rather have something minor like that compared to something being wrong with the top of the desk for example. It's unfortunate but not the end of the world. It's a cheaper desk so of course the materials aren't going to always be the best quality. Even the metal pieces. And it's painted white so it's more noticeable. Still, I think the desk is a steal for this price. I'm super happy with my purchase. It's actually bigger than I expected. Slightly wider than I expected too. Once together it feels super sturdy. None of the wood is too thin or fragile in my opinion. You just have to be careful when handling the individual pieces and building it. I definitely recommend building it on carpet. Luckily, my room is carpeted. My only critique is maybe for them to package it with even more bubble wrap or something? Especially for individual pieces like the metal legs. To protect the pieces and the pieces around them better. Still, it wasn't packaged badly at all. The directions were okay. Not super clear but not impossible to understand either. Luckily, I'm experienced with building furniture at this point so I figured it out without a single mistake. I did really appreciate the directions showing both options for building the side part depending on which direction you want the L to face. That was very helpful.

Elegant and great quality for the price
I got the "Walnut and White" version. My favorite thing about this table is just how elegant it looks. The finish on the wood is amazing--you would think I paid at least $400-500 for the big slab of wood, but for the price I paid, it is a steal. I love the shelves/drawers that come with this table, I've ordered collapsible bins to line the shelves, I expect to fit 6 total in the top and bottom. This is a great option for a smaller room because the storage is compact and yet can be organized in so many ways, using bins, or for books, it can be used for clothes too. A great feature is that the table portion that sits on top of the shelves can be adjusted to whatever position you want (they provide a non-slip sticker so the table doesn't slide), or it can be fixed/screwed into the shelves so it doesn't move. It was perfect for me, because I could make enough space for my PC without it eating up table space!! Overall, it took me about 1.5-2 hours to assemble without a drill. Truthfully, I had to trust the process, because the shelving is largely held together by cam lock screws and i found it to be a little wiggly/unstable during assembly, but once everything was assembled, it feels very sturdy and I feel comfortable putting my heavy PC and other devices on it. The directions are mostly clear, but I would remember to check the orientation of pre-drilled guide holes very carefully, since this table is customizable in how its assembled. I had to reorient the drawers because I had got the shelf mounting holes on the wrong side. Other than that, the manual is clean and easy to follow. Side note: if you've never installed drawers before, you should read the manual very carefully. They explain the sliding mechanism and levers/locks. Super happy with it so far!!

Great for working from home as well as creating art projects; relatively easy assembly
I could not recommend this desk more! I had it in my cart for a few months just debating whether it would work for me or not, and honestly I wish I had bought it much sooner. It's spacious enough for me to use while working from home, and also for me work on my hobbies like painting, sculpting, crocheting, etc that require a lot of space. I also have plenty of space to store things in the drawers as well as display pictures and things on top of the desk. It's very sturdy and the assembly was relatively easy. I did it on my own and it worked out fine but if I had to do it again I would probably find someone to assist just to make it go a little faster. If you're looking for a nice desk that's also relatively cost effective, this one's for you!
