Glad it comes in different strengths. I have a shoulder issue & the blue is right amount for arm stretches.

I only ordered the 5lb-15lb band specifically for doing shoulder stretches. It works perfectly! High quality and perfect length and resistance. If I need more larger bands going forward I will absolutely get them from TRX! Thanks,

Perfect resistance for recovery. A lot of bands are too strong for me coming back after an injury. This is a nice light resistance.

近くのジムで気に入り、同じものを購入しました。インナーマッスルを鍛えるために使用していましたが、思っていたより早く壊れてしまいました。使用感はとてもよく、臭いも気になりませんでした。激しい使いかたはしていませんが、炎天下の中持ち出していたので保存方法がよろしくなっかったかなとも思います。次はもう一つ上の耐久性のものを買いたいと思います。
