American Menswear: From the Civil War to the Twenty-First Century (Costume Society of America Series)

I waffled over buying this because I couldn’t find any previews of the content online. I’m so glad I took a chance on it! It’s a big, beautiful book with lots of illustrations and photographs and great information. It’s kind of a cross between a text book and a coffee table book. I bought it as a gift for my brother who is a vintage fashion aficionado and he loved it!

This book gives a good overview of men's fashions since the turn of the twentieth century. The illustrations are useful.
