Stihl26RM3-67 Oilomatic Rapid Micro 3 Saw Chain, 16"

I've used this model of chain for my Stihl saw for years. It cuts extremely well and holds a sharp edge for a long time.

This chain is replacing a 30 year old chain on my Stihl 024AV with 16" bar. It is identical to the original and fits perfectly. These chains will last for years just doing a couple cords of firewood per year and typical wooded lot clean up. I have a 3 acre wooded lot on a marsh with 100 footcedars and pines and I keep two chainsaws lubed up just about year round keeping up with the limb fall and occasional Hurricane damage. I just replaced my old worn out 20" Poulan with a Stihl MS 271 20" and it is great! With the 024 and MS271, I can fell large trees and limb them up myself. I keep spare chains for everything and the 26RM3-67 is the right chain for the 024 16".

Do not buy this for a 16" 62 link bar, pictured. It will be too long. It is for a 16" 67 link bar. Your bar should be labeled like the picture. I found out the hard way, as I didn't have my saw with me when I ordered this chain. Non-returnable.

I have an older Stihl that needed a newer chain. I think Stihl is the best chainsaw out there and I use their chains and bars when needed. This chain fit the bill for a good price. And cuts magnificently. Highly recommend.

This chain didn't fit the Stihl chainsaw 025 and it's not returnable.

Got my saw back up and running. Makes cleaning up downed trees much faster.

does not list which 16 inch stihl saws it fits. It only fits certain saws. Not the one I have.
