Lethargic and carelessness attitudes
How lethargic and carelessness the manufacturer and the marketing in despatching a damaged product could be seen from the picture. The damage may not be due to transit since the package was very proper and least possibility for such a bent cut. The despatcher could have a mind to feel as if they themself the customer, then this would have been avoided

Product received with a dent on the stick. So if we put a all forces it will bend completely. Also before purchasing I saw the same problem while checking the review

The material is sturdy . Easy to use . Cleans /wipes the bathroom corners well. Compact in size . It's affordable as compared to other brands. Was specifically looking for a wiper that is black /or dark in colour (at the bottom). Light colour wipers look dirty very soon (esp use in bathrooms). This wiper fits the requirement! Absolutely satisfied with the purchase.

Total worth of the money
Cleaning blade is pretty good, clears the water drops very well. A couple of swipes make the floor almost dry. 4* is for lack of color options, I don't the like RED colored one at all. Buy 2 so you can avail free shipping as well as Rs15 cheaper than the base price.
