Glad I didn't listen to bad reviews.
I always read the 1 star reviews before I make a purchase. I noticed all of them were complaining there wasn't any directions. That's bc you don't need them. It is very easy to put the card board in the pockets on the sides and zipper. There are 2 rounded corner ones and they go were the wheels are. Done! It is very sturdy and can hold sooo much stuff. I bought the XL and the only thing is it's a little too heavy to carry, but so was the tote I had all the stuff in. I also bought a large after this one to put all the birthday stuff in. I wish it was a little wider for the big bags I have, but still love that one too. Extremely happy with the purchase!

Comes without assembly instructions
While I love the soft sided container, not having instructions for putting the supports in caused me to push too hard and a slight tear happened along a seam. Printed out what the item looks like fully assembled from the website and used that to put it all together. I like this better than the hard case holders.

ZERO instructions, Zippers are touchy
For starts, it comes with no instructions, and I should have read reviews on it that stated as much. It comes with extra cardboard pieces 12 to be exact. Mine being the extra large carry bag one, came with three extra drawers that also have covered cardboard pieces that go inside of the, this part is easy to figure out if it’s what you purchased. Then there is two long trifold pieces one shorter then the other. One has Velcro’s on two parts and the other has Velcro’s on one part. So what do you need to do… there are hidden zippers along the inside edge, carefully unzip, mine was wonky and opened slightly, I had to work the zipper a couple times. Slip in the cardboard pieces, there are only two that are rounded, use those for the bottom part of the three slips per side walls. No instructions means you need to decide what part of the four bottom gets that rounded piece. Or what part of the four tops get that. Follow through to add the cardboard pieces, along side the walls of the canvas, may have to work or wiggle it in. Be careful not to bend the boards as that is your only side stability you get from this product. Once you get the pieces in your side walls, carefully zip and then tada! You now have four walls. But now to the sturdiness of the back two walls. This part, take the shorter one with the one Velcro and attach to the side that has the one Velcro piece, but first slip it into the small fold that is found on the bottom. By doing this it gives the backside a bit of a sturdy feel. I figured it was because it’s off set from the side walls and that’s what makes it sturdy. Then add the longer piece to the other wall, it velcros on both the top and the bottom. You will find once you do this you can add your extra boxes that come with this particular piece will help a little to make bag somewhat ok looking. Now I’m in the process of adding all my wrapping paper and thing into it.Pre doing this, it does not stand as it does in the pictures like it does in the pictures, it’s not perfect. It is better then the other canvases I have bought at lows and home depot. How long it will last… probably a couple of years of lots of usage. Or longer if it’s not messed with but a couple of times a year. Is it worth the money? It’s the same as the store ones so eh it’s ok. Would I recommend? Maybe. It depends on your needs. Organizing is mine. And heavy usage as well. I won’t be moving it a bunch. It is heavy already without the papers in it. Just ask yourself how you will use this, how often. The zippers are not great, so you need to take care in that respect. Space saving is nice. And like I said if I can get a couple of years out of it… it’s worth it to me. Good luck!

Missing instructions for assembly.......Happy with product though!
I would like to say Thank You to the customer who figured out how this organizer is assembled and posted the instructions on your review, it was most helpful!!! Once I saw how the cardboard inserts factored into the assembly, it was easier to figure out the rest, along with your instructions to confirm. The company made a huge booboo not including some sort of instructions. Most people might return the product due to the difficulty of figuring out the assembly. I am happy so far with the product, but just got it together, so time will tell.I do like all the compartments and enough room for rolls of wrapping paper. I feel it is going to last a long time. Check out the review from December 2021, headline says "ZERO instructions", there you will find the instructions. Good luck.

No Instructions
TLDR: if you buy this product, find the review which gives the assembly instructions. This product is awesome and performs exactly as expected, BUT it comes with no instructions.HOWEVER, as others have noted there is a review from December 2021 with “zero instructions” in the title which goes through assembly of the product step by step. That review made a huge world of difference, made assembly very simple as opposed to overwhelming and frustrating, and makes up for the lack of instructions.
