I don’t believe so, the Solo 5 has different wall mount bracket it uses.

Does it dome with a mounting template?

It does not come with a mounting template however, if you have the Bose sound bar the sound bar does come with a template. If no template is available measuring will be required. You will have to measure from the back of the sound bar. I suggest measuring from one hole center to other center. Once you make sure it is leveled drill some pilot holes that you previously marked with pencil or sharpie and your good to go. Not difficult just takes time if you want it perfectly centered and mounted.
