Peel off the clear plastic seal and place the jelly type side to where the pain is like for example your hip and then rub the cotton sticky edge of the patch to your skin. Adheres really well and quickly, don't apply cream to the area before you use the product or the patch won't stick properly. Stays in place for over a day. Doesn't come off easily and is effective at easy joint pain without the use of medication which is good for driving and working. Excellent size, works extremely well, durable and doesn't come off during the day. Can be worn under clothes and not noticeable. Expensive, especially during these turbulent times and for the price I think there should be more in the pack but it's such a great product it is worth paying the price for the release from discomfort. Were not available for awhile but now seem very very expensive- so can’t afford.
