Such a vivid description of aerial warfare
So, off late we are trying to preserve our military history. The 1st hand account from a fighter pilot along with personal experiences makes this book a must read for AvGeeks. It's a kind of pilot log book expressed in few more pages.Only negative point is the use for very specific military terms.

Nice book
Not very well written to be honest. However, the generation of men who fought the big Indo-Pak wars is rapidly fading away, as all good soldiers do, and memoirs like this have to be cherished

Amazing narrative
A fascinating narrative of the air war from one of the best-known fighter pilots of that era. Air Marshal Master manages to take you inside the cockpit of his MiG 21 during the dog fight. I wish he had lived longer and written more about the IAF, or he had started writing earlier than he did. I highly recommend this book to all who have an interest in military history.
