Not just marshmallow
This has more than just marshmallow, I use for tobacco alternative and keep going into bad coughing fits with this one. When not coughing it's a good smoke.

A whole new world
The media could not be loaded. Isn't nature amazing? I have no clue about marshmallow leaf, so I have been on a journey to learn. It is 100% natural, and you should expect there to be stems in the bag, I also found a lady bird. Again, nature. My advice before purchasing 1kg is to think about how you are going to store it to keep it fresh and dry. Because the leaf is light there is a lot of it to make up 1kg. I will store the extra in mylar bags to keep them fresh longer term - it will take us longer than expected to get through this batch.I've used it to make tea, but I have since learned you can also use it to make ointments for chapped skin and pain caused by cold exposure, as well as for pain and swelling of the feet and hands. Wow! I will be looking into trying that.Marshmallow plants can be eaten by their roots, leaves, and flowers. The leaf (and the root, which is not included in this purchase) can also be used as a flavouring agent that can be used in a variety of foods. Unfortunately, I haven't found a lot of information on how to use it this way.I'm particularly interested in learning how it can help clear mucus and toxins from the body, and also soothe the urinary and respiratory system. I also read that it can be smoked and is an alternative to smoking tobacco. I haven't tried that myself (as I'm not a smoker).

Excellent value
I have been a big tea drinker for years, particularly of the herbal variety, so I was interested in trying out a marshmellow tea, partly to try it as a tea but also to experiment with some of its medicinal properties. It is funny, as I'd never really thought how big a 1kg bag of tea is, so I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived, as it is huge. I have divided it up into small, airtight jars, and I'm expecting this to last for a long time. I think I read somewhere that it will last over three years, which is awesome.I am no expert with marshmallow leaves, but judging by the freshness and cut it seems like the quality is of a high standard, which is appreciated. There are apparently lots of medicinal ways of soaking this tea to make gels that can be applied to the skin or used for sore throats, but I've just used it to make normal tea. I brewed it in my herbal tea strainer for three minutes and liked it as I prefer a delicate tea, but I will also look at other brewing techniques and brew times.

I wish i'd discovered these years ago! Mild, gentle and soothing for small moments of calm.
An excellent product, and item, and an opportunity that I jumped on to try.Primarily ordered so that I use these for a healthier tea option…And such great value for money too.1 kg is an awful lot of leaves, and these will certainly last a long length of time, therefore if I can use them for any other purpose as well as tea, then I will do that. They arrived on time perfectly packaged for absolute freshness, and packed with plenty of valuable compounds.Already I have opened the pack to make my first cuppa!I’m a complete newbie to Marshmallow leaves, but I’ve learnt such a lot before ordering these, and I’m excited to incorporate these leaves into my daily hydration routines. With a mild, gentle sweet and soothing taste, these leaves make a wonderful, soothing beverage, whatever time of day or night.I think these can be added to Smoothies too…Specifically for its health benefits, which anyone can research, I’m excited to try these in several ways, starting this afternoon, and yes, a Smoothie will be tried later on also. It’s great tasting and smells lovely, and when steeped in hot water for several minutes, the results are magical with a deeply soothing experience. For me, the health benefits of this product, by far outweigh the affordability of such an item.I’m taking this opportunity to make positive changes to my overall diet, starting with these Marshmallow Leaves, and I could not be any more excited to start them.I will try these paired with other infusions, like Peppermint, but for now, if you are looking for an earthy, sweet and soothing tea, then these leaves might be for you. They are so simple to use (with a strainer) taste lovely and offer no less than small moments of calm with every cup.I’m delighted with these Marshmallow Leaves and wish I’d discovered them years ago.Thank you for a great product!

A huge amount of tea, but not that tasty!
This 1kg pack of marshmallow tea leaves is quite substantial, but be prepared for it to expand when opening the plastic pouch. I suggest having a large jar or container ready to store the tea leaves, as you'll likely run out of space otherwise! The tea leaves themselves are high quality, with consistent cuts and sizes throughout the package. There were no low quality or damaged pieces, indicating good quality control. It takes about 3 minutes to brew, resulting in a very subtle taste that's almost undetectable. I found a hint of an organic, gluey flavour, similar to yerba mate, which I didn't particularly enjoy. However, it's possible that the primary appeal of this tea lies in its potential health benefits, which I didn't experience either.
