Only thing I dislike is that it turns off after a set amount of time. But probably a good thing with with the ADHD. Holding up well with consistent use so far

The neck/shoulder shiatsu massage is AMAZING on this mat!
The neck/shoulder massage is incredible at reducing tension and pain from stress. The pulse on the rest of the mat covering the back could stand to be stronger but is still good.
