Endurance: How To Cycle Further

Was bought this book but I’ve been cycling for over forty years touring and racing and didn’t get much out of itCost you thousands now for all the fancy kit and power meters etc etcEBay here we come

Provides a good overview of the various areas to fully consider including the logistics and mental side that we all like to skip.A lot more to dig in for each area but provides a roadmap

Was hoping for a really in depth read of the science behind endurance riding, an in depth view of training, mixed in with some amazing experience. Love GCN so was looking forward to this. But...most of the book is photos, mixed in with paragraphs which are more like snippets of information. Take away the pictures (which are very nice) and you're left with a pretty slim book. Sorry, not the in depth read I was expecting!!
