Nice and White
Nice, bright, white. Easy install into 2012 Sienna Van. Good Pattern. No one has flashed their lights at me. I carefully touched one of the heat sinks after a short drive and was impressed at how HOT it was. Not a concern since it is an engineered unit. I definitely prefer the heat sinks of this design vs fan cooled designs. No bearings to fail.

Long Term Review: Great fit and reliability in Honda motorcycle
Long term review: I put these bulbs in my low beams on 2004 Honda VFR800 5 years ago in 2020, and it has been almost daily driven since then, with zero issues. I put LED's in all my vehicles, and am used to having to replace them every couple years, as the fans fail and they overhead and die. These have now outlived all other bulbs I've bought before. This fanless design is definitely the way to go, less moving parts to fail. Brightness is good, for sure better than stock halogen bulbs.

Good lights at decent price
I had decided to replace my old halogen bulbs and landed on the Beam Tech LED bulbs. I purchased the H4/9003 style for my 1999 Toyota Corolla. The install was easy enough. I had installed similar lights in another vehicle, so knew about the tricks. You have to take the retaining ring off, and install it into the housing. Then you can put the dust cover boot back on and then insert and lock the bulb in. This does fin the stock/oem dust cover on my vehicle without modifying it. You do have to push in a bit harder, and it's a bit tougher to lock into place, but does work. I prefer to have the dust cover if possible. After installation, there were a few issues. I noticed static on most of the radio stations, some were much worse than others, and would come and go. This is a fairly common issue it appears with most models of LED headlights from multiple makers, not just Beam Tech. I had a notion of this ahead of time though. I contacted Beam Tech to see if they had any recommendations or solutions. They responded and shipped out the CANBUS decoder for the H$/9003 style lights. I installed it and the static issue is fixed. It even took care of the tiny amount of flicker I noticed, it was barely noticeable unless stopped for a few minutes and the lights hit a flat surface. Overall I have much brighter headlights, that should not need to be replaced every 6-12 months. Beam Tech's support was quick to respond and resolved the issue with the provided CANBUS decoder/adapter. I am very happy with my purchase, and will likely buy their brand again for other vehicles and bulbs.

Good Performance, No Flicker, and Safe for Other Drivers
I installed these BEAMTECH H4 bulbs on my 2010 Honda CR-V, and overall they work acceptably well. In automatic mode, the lights stay on at low intensity during the day and automatically increase brightness at night, which works as expected. The light output is good and evenly distributed, although it could be a bit brighter. That said, they still provide adequate visibility. A big plus is that they do not flicker at all, something I’ve experienced with brighter LED bulbs. Another important advantage is that they do not blind oncoming traffic, even though they are installed in the factory housing designed for halogen bulbs. The beam pattern remains controlled and safe for other drivers. Overall, these bulbs are a solid upgrade from halogen if you want reliable performance without flickering or glare.

Great Buy!
The headlights were slightly difficult to install because of the large heatsink, but that’s the way my car was designed so not a product problem. Just be aware how big the heatsink is and if it will cause trouble installing it. For the headlights themselves, they’re really bright and perfect for the week I’ve been using them. It’s summer currently so it’s rather bright outside all the time but I can still see the lights on my garage door when pulling into it, stock headlights I couldn’t. Something else to be aware of is when the headlights are installed, if the original lights double as daytime running lights and lo/hi beams, you might have an extra step installing them correctly. After I installed them on my 2013 Honda Fit Sport, on the dash the DRL (Daytime Running Light) indicator came on, telling me there was a problem with the headlights. This is due to the LED lights using MUCH less energy than the stock halogen bulbs, so the car realizes it’s not sending the same amount of current to the bulb and freaks out. At least with Honda’s it’s rather easy to locate the fuse box and pull out the DRL fuse which will cause the DRL to stop functioning, but will remove the error code. The color aspect, 6500k is rather nice looking. No hint of blue at all, just as the description says, a cool white color. Spot on. A few days after buying them, Amy from Beamtech emailed me to ask if the headlights have worked and lived up to my standards and if I had any questions for her. Extremely nice customer service, so if I had a problem with the headlights I’m confident that I could return them and have no problems with Beamtech. Personally I’m tying these headlights in with some yellow tinted fog lights and on a red car, they will look amazing. Beamtech’s lights are slightly too big to fit in my foglight housing or else I would have bought from them 5/5 I recommend this product for anyone wanting a crisp, bright look to their car. A little tweaking needed for some cars, but that’s the deal with any aftermarket modification!

Llevo 2 años de uso con estos focos, excelente iluminación. Le quedaron perfecto a mi Honda FIT 2019. Los faros originales parecían velas comparados con la intensidad de estos. Una compra excelente.

Installed in a few minutes in my 2014 Honda Ridgeline, easy. Replaced a pair of fan-cooled lamps with round Cree emitters from another manufacturer, that were junk. The raw light output was more (when they worked), but the low beam cutoff was so undefined I had to aim them way low to avoid blinding oncoming drivers. And they started to die after 18 months. With my driving schedule, that's only about 200 hours! So I decided to try the Beamtech. Nice price, and fanless. It was down to Beamtech or Philips at over double the price. The Beamtech pattern is a close match to the legacy H4. Nice sharp low beam cutoff, so I was able to aim them back up where they should be. The light output is less than the 18 month old Auxbeams (when they worked) that they replaced. But the Beamtech puts the light where you want it, and is still way brighter than a tungsten halogen H4. The beam pattern and intensity are very close to what I get from my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia work truck with stock factory LED headlights, and I like that. Can't comment on longevity/reliability, I've only been running them for about a month. I like that they are fanless. No noisy high-rpm fans to fail, and no external ballast, they are totally self-contained. I measured about a 40 degree C temperature rise on the heatsinks after a half hour on full high beam parked. So at around 10 C /50 F ambient, the exposed heatsinks were at 50 C / 120 F. Seems reasonable. Time will tell, but for now, after a few weeks, I really like them.
