I have spinal stenosis on several levels so I experience really bad back and hip pain - particularly when I work my catering job. These packs are the best!! The sleeve is comfortable to wear, lightweight, and it stays on when you are moving around and doing things. I even fall asleep with it on sometimes. It stays cold for the required time to help with inflammation and I love having the two ice packs so I can switch them out if necessary. It stays in place and appears to be of good quality so far. Highly recommend.

I sustained a back injury a couple of years ago. Three bulging discs in my lower back. It's taken a lot of physical therapy and exercise to recover from. I've got ice packs and they work for what I need them for. They don't stay cold for much longer than 15-20 minutes, but they're okay. But then I hurt my left shoulder a few months ago, and those ice packs weren't working so well. Very awkward and I couldn't adjust them to where I needed the cold to be. I needed something that worked better. I found these. There's a lot of shoulder packs to find on Amazon but I didn't like how so many of them looked super bulky. It's good to have ice where you need it, but I also like mobility. I found Newgo and decided I would try it out. I love this company's products so much that I decided to check to see if they had ice packs for your back. When I saw they do I didn't hesitate to make the purchase. This pack stays comfortably on my lower back and doesn't move. It's so easy to put the ice pack in and just as easy to put on. The velcro is solid but not so solid you can't get it on but not back off. It works like a dream. This is very reasonably priced and, unlike the shoulder pack, this comes with 2 gel packs. I use both to alternate heat and ice as needed. I know enough chiropractors, massage therapists, and physical therapists to know that the rule for muscles is 15 minutes of heat and 15 minutes of ice. With this you can do both and it is wonderful and comfortable. Like I've told my little brother, when you get older it's like the check engine light is always on, so it is good to stock up on items that improve your quality of life. Something in/on your body is going to flare up and hurt eventually, so it's good to have an ice pack ready for it when it does. This is a pretty good company to go with. I'm impressed with their products.

I think this is a great product because it's very well designed, it cinches against your back tightly and covers a nice amount of space on your back. I only had it on for about a half an hour to try it out and I really do feel it will stay cold for a lot longer than most items. Unfortunately I had to return it because it says it's good for up to a 42 inch waist and my waist is not 42 in and I needed like two more inches for it to fit properly. So the first layer that you fold over are two velcro straps that hook together. Those are the ones that were too short the top layer of straps was perfect. I wish they would make this in a bigger size and or include an extension that can Velcro on to the initial first layer. Otherwise I'd buy two of them. After I finished writing this, I realized I didn't push the submit button and in between that time I was searching for an extension strap and I found one although one little strap costs half the price of what the ice pack costs. So maybe I'll rebuy it and try it with the extension and see how it goes. I did email the company and I was a little disappointed that even after a few days passed I didn't hear back from them

Life saver for back pain. The fabric is soft and stretchy. The ice squares are individual gel blocks that are encased in a very soft fabric. Unlike other ice packs, this one doesn’t have sharp, scratchy, angular edges. The waist is Velcro with additional Velcro waist tightener. I use mine low on my waist and add an extra Velcro strap to cover my hip joints and sacrum. Works well over clothes so it’s not too cold. It’s so comfortable I forgot I had it on. And it comes with a freezer bag to protect it. Highly recommend it!!! ****UPDATE**** I have been using this ice pack since May. I love it. I use it all the time and sometimes several times a day. It has held up well. It freezes fast and can be used on more than just low back. I have sciatica so I use it on my sacrum and left leg. It really helps with pain. This was a great purchase I highly recommend it.

Easy to wear. The gel packs can be frozen or heated. Straps on to your body so that you can continue your activities whilst wearing. It’s a durable pouch. Great product.

Great product, good quality with small little details like a sealable bag for the freezer pack, a welcome note and clear instructions for heating. So far it’s helping my back pain, so thank you for a great product!

Great quality! Having 2 packs allows for heat or cold options. Stays on with a soft, wide band. Feels very comfortable when on for extended periods of time.
