Q: can i fit two 20 lb dogs in it

Q: Can it be used for jogging?

I would think it would be fine for jogging. This unit has been very sturdy and the wheels have went over grass gravel pavement.

Q: What are the inside dimensions for carriage?

The interior dimension of the Gen7Pets Promenade Stroller is 25" long x 13" wide x 21.5" high.

Q: Are the wheels sturdy?

Yes however I tried pushing the carriage on grass and found that difficult so even though they are good sturdy wheels they don't maneuver well on grass.
