5 stars for the actual drops and that’s the most important part. Does a fantastic job of breaking down earwax and buildup enough to clear it out. The downside to the pack is 100% the bulb syringe. Sure it shoots water in and depending on your level of blockage it can be great. BUT personally I had to get a fancier syringe option with the fancy tip to really force water into the area and help push the wax out. I didn’t want to knock the kit too much for that bc it’s possible the majority of people don’t or won’t have any issue with the bulb. For me personally though and therefore maybe some of you with more common large size blockages I would suggest additionally looking at other water syringes to add to the toolkit after the drops.

My wife had a blockage that was impacting her hearing. We wanted to go the least intrusive option to start with. She was able to clear that blockage with one treatment.

This is a very mild drop. It requires multiple applications to fully work. When rinsing, I got very loud noise in my ear from the rubber sucker. Be careful. Otherwise it's a decent product

It did just as well as peroxide in my opinion. I'd suggest to save yourself some money and buy peroxide. I couldn't tell the difference in the two products. Both products made my ear wax disappear ,but this product costed me 11$ more than the latter... If you don't mind wasting money nd like to feel fancy...go for it , if you are like me and like to find the best thing for the lesser strain on the wallet ...stick to the old timey remedy, peroxide... My opinion...

I hesitate to write this review since the last thing I need is for someone to dox me and forever be laughed and pointed at as a person who had so much ear wax build up that he had to buy a non-swab product to remove it, but I'll risk that since the product deserves the praise. My right ear had become impacted for a while (I think due to using my headphones more), and these drops did in three applications what a week plus of peroxide couldn't. 1st use: Ear feels a little better. Hopefully things will improve. 2nd use: Ear feels a little better. Hopefully things will improve. 3rd use: Now I am become Wax, destroyer of scraps of toilet paper. First there was a chunk. Then another chunk. Then just lots of waxy debris. I'll note that after applying the drops and flushing with warm water, it wasn't until I started blotting my ear with tissue that I saw it all. I just kept twist and rubbing the edge of my ear hole with a tissue-wrapped fingertip until it ran out of loot.The squeezy tube and rubber water thing made everything easy to do, the drops were painless, and the price is incredibly cheap for the relief I feel right now.

Just like others here, I agree. It works very well. With both my ears, I've been told by my PCP that I had a build-up of wax and while I can hear fine, felt no pain, etc. I wanted to deal with it, and do so naturally. I tried this out and found that it took 2-3 times (AM and then PM, and maybe the next AM) before I started seeing more wax coming out. One ear took an extra time or two. But both had a lot that eventually came out at once. Then... the next time I'd try it literally nothing came out. To me, my ears seem cleaner and clearer for sure. And just as the box said, it took 2 days only. The only thing I'd suggest is that I let the drops stay in for about 6 minutes per ear, and then used the squeeze ball to squirt warm water in my ear about 10x per ear. Doing it multiple times and making sure you get the right angle, etc., allows for the wax to come out naturally. I just kept doing the warm water squeeze ball over and over til it seemed it wasn't really doing anything further. Then just repeated 2x a day for 2 days. Voila! I could see trying it again about 1x every 3 months or so. PS. My wife tried it too and literally nothing came out. So, obviously it depends on your personal situation.

The attached photo is just from my right ear, which I lost hearing in for about two days before trying this kit as a last hope before scheduling a visit with my doctor and it worked PERFECTLY!!!! I’m not going to lie, I ignored the box directions and instead followed the tips on reviews for a similar product with many more reviews — opted for this product instead of the more highly reviewed one because I’ve always liked the brand. I put approx. 8 drops in and laid on my side for 25 min. before rinsing with the red thing. I held a large cup under my ear and sprayed warm water about 30 times before it fully cleared out — eventually I realized aiming toward the top of my ear canal did the most work for clearing it out. I THOUGHT only my right ear was clogged but the moment it cleared I realized my left was plugged up too so I’m starting the same process and typing this review as I lie on my side with the drops soaking in my ear canal.
