First, this is the combo you need. D3 must be taken with K2 and I love the fact it contains K in both mk-4 and mk-7! Having both insures I get immediate absorption as well as time released absorption. The gel caps are tiny and easy to take. It also contains the added fat for better absorption as well. This is a must. ***P.S. I see a lot of reviews talking about the gel tabs looking strange or off (liquid to solid) and I wanted to explain to ease your minds. The D3K2 has been put in coconut oil (along with other oils) and when coconut oil is warmer than room temperature it melts and looks like a transparent off white and when it is put in a cooler environment, it will look more white and become more solid. That is what you are seeing and completely normal. D3 requires a healthy fat to work best, coconut oil is the best oil for you in this case (unless you have tree nut allergies of course :)). I did a bit of research and learned Vitamin D is best absorbed in conjunction with Vitamin K. This product goes a couple of steps further to help it be absorbed better than other products available. I've been taking it for about 6 months and couldn't be happier! My bloodwork now shows I'm no longer deficient. But I'm going to continue taking it because I feel better and don't exactly get the amount of sunlight I need everyday. I take 1 soft gel a day, so this bottle lasts 150 days... Which is how I justify the price. Great product! I will be buying their Cholesterol control product next for my husband.

Overall I really like this product. I really like that they are in easy-to-swallow capsules. There were 2 small issues that didn't affect my rating. First, When I opened the shipping package, this seemed so much smaller than the way the pictures were taken for this ad. I actually measured a height of 3 inches and the diameter is 2 inches. Maybe that was already written in the specifications. The second (small) issue is when I first opened the bottle there were some that were a bit clingy to others. It was not like gummy bears left in the car, I just shake the bottle and all is well. Back to really good, my husband gives me no trouble when I give him his vitamins. He hates the horse pills like most of us do. Also, the cost was very good for the quantity in the bottle. There is no funny odor to smell and funny-smelling/tasting burps. I hope this review will be of help.
