I use this diluted from a mosquito spray. It isn't perfect, but it works much better than chemical sprays. I also dilute it in water if I feel a little under the weather, as an anti viral. So far, so good.

Best tasting grapefruit seed extract I have ever used!!!!I just received it yesterday. Shipping speed great. I bought it to get rid of gum infection. 1 day is not enough time to tell how that went. It certainly is not hard to use...thanks to little drip spout on it and the great tasting flavor!

I am a HUGE fan of GSE. High dose, not the dinky 10 drops it might say on the bottle. When you've got a cold or flu, including the dread world-changing one, absolutely hit it with this. I didn't think GSE worked until my friend said to take 70 drops at a time. Results are fast. Do it several times a day. My brother's natural doctor had him taking 100 drops on an empty stomach to kill yeast etc in his system. So don't be shy. This is my first bottle of this brand, and I just don't enjoy it. The other I put in hot water and sip as a pleasant drink. This is not terrible, just not enjoyable. But if you need to save a few bucks, I believe it works as well. Squeeze some lemon juice with it in hot water, then it's kinda nice. If you are starting to come down with something, get on it and you can dodge the bullet. If you delay, it will still bring you back quicker. I'd say guaranteed or your money back, but you are not buying it from me. :)

First, the smell... I like it! It's a strong grapfruity smell and taste as well. Admittedly I was a little excited to use this so I actually had some undiluted on my tongue and skin... and then I read the instructions that said don't do that. But just incase you're freaked out about it, there were no issues. I will definitely dilute it from now on though. I put it on a patch of super itchy skin in my ear and within minutes it felt better. This has been an issue I've been dealing with for years now so that was really reassuring. It's been a day and still no issues (and the itching hasn't returned). I drank five drops in half a cup of water and it was really easy to consume. I'll be adding this to my daily routine, I'm optimistic about this stuff so far!
