I originally started taking this to help my lack of magnesium that affects my heart. It helped a lot and found that whenever anything in my body cramps up. It doesn't taste good and take it with at least 6 to 8 oz of water, but I know it will take care of any muscle issue I may be having quickly. This is the best Magnesium I have found for my issues.

Knocks out nighttime leg cramps.I take this consistently each night about an hour before I get in bed. My calf cramps used to be so severe they nearly caused me to crawl off the bed in pain to escape them. Magnesium has all but nipped them in the bud. I am a very healthy and active person who eats next to zero junk foods. I still get muscle cramps occasionally, like in my toes or on the sides of my feet, but they're not nearly as traumatizing as they used to be before I started taking Magnesium.The con? This stuff is so salty it's like swallowing sea water. It's brutal, so if you can't stand it, mix it or eat/drink something immediately after you take it. After a while, I've gotten used to it.

This was recommended to me by a close friend. I've only used it for a week at a low dose so I'm unable to report any significant sleep improvement. I was waking up constantly in previous months and the last few nights have seemed a little better. I'm hopeful.That being said, THIS STUFF TASTES AWFUL!! Blegh! I (kindly) complained to my friend that this has been a nightmare to get down. NO idea how she stands it. I didn't think I was going to continue taking it until I found "MY" solution - ORANGE JUICE. I mix the magnesium and OJ in a 1 oz. shot glass, stir, and shoot. Immediately, I follow with another shot of only OJ. Bad taste now tolerable. I've done this the past three nights and now I'm willing to keep at it.

For hubby had all signs of deficiency so since taking b12 liquid & that seems to be helping memory this liquid is so easy put in small amt simple truth organic dark cherry juice at night (gout prevention too). So far Seems much happier & sleeps better. Just started a week ago but highly recommend.He Was taken off stats (caused all kinds side effects) & put on another non stat prescription so in all reading magnesium is most importante!

I don’t care what the ingredients say, somewhere in this bottle is citric acid (black mold from corn). I am reacting to it with headaches, body aches, upset stomach and the reaction did not start until I started taking this magnesium!! I suspect you are hiding this citric acid within your ‘concentrated complex’ which is a horrible thing to do!

Difficult to take. So salty it instantly makes me gag and that's with taking the beginning dosage. I can't imagine having to take a normal dose
