You definitely have to use it at a full charge at all times because it dies after one use or if you have long hair, it dies halfway through your head. So you have to use the short plug it comes with and curl your hair 6 inches from being hooked to the outlet. 😂 but it’s cute and easy to use. Makes beautiful curls.

Ive used this curling 2x’s and the battery runs out after 30 mins. I love this thing bc it curls my hair which never holds a curl however it is frustrating when you have to charge it for 12+hours before you’re able to use it for 30 mins. I wish this worked. Now i need to figure or what curler i need to get next.

The curler worked very well. But doesn't keep a charge. I can let it get to the heat I want it too an then it's dead 2 minutes later. I have to wait to do my hair all the way

Works well for curling, doesn't stay charged long and takes longer than traditional charger but good and travels nicely.

Takes to long to charge and doesn't stay charged long enough to do 3 curls before you have to recharge.

I was so happy with this gift from my husband when I first received it in April for my birthday. Unfortunately, the last few times I have used it it makes one curl or two and then dies. I kept thinking it was the way I was charging it or something I was doing wrong. However, I have determined that it just never gets to being fully charged and does not hold a charge at all. Sadly, I just got online to file for service help and realized that window closed yesterday!

Nice product easy to use but I don’t like that the batteries go dead fast

I used this product one time. Went to use it today and it won't keep a charge. I had it charged for 2hrs and nothing. Very disappointing.
